At Xentris Tech("Xentris", "we") we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through usa.xentris.tech, why, who we share it with, and your rights. It is designed to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable US state privacy laws, as well as the policies of the advertising platforms we use (Google, Meta and TikTok).

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number when you complete a form or the quiz.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and interactions, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Advertising identifiers: Meta, TikTok and Google cookie/pixel IDs when you accept cookies.

3. How and why we use it

• To fulfill your request (course, demo, WhatsApp contact) — to provide the service you asked for.
• To send you communications about the course and offers — with your consent (you can opt out anytime).
• To measure and improve advertising with Google Ads, Meta and TikTok — based on the consent you give in the cookie banner.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

4. Advertising and third-party pixels

Only after your consent do we activate: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), TikTok Pixel (TikTok Inc.) and Google Analytics/Google Ads(Google LLC). These tools use cookies to measure conversions and show you relevant ads. We may share pseudonymized events (for example, "Lead"). You can withdraw consent at any time from our Cookie Policy.

5. Market data (Twelve Data)

Prices and market context come from Twelve Data. We do not share your personal information with Twelve Data for this purpose; we only query market information.

6. Who we share information with

With service providers under contract: hosting (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), CRM (Airtable), payment processing (Stripe) and the advertising platforms above. We do not sell your personal information for money.

7. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Declining cookies in our banner acts as that opt-out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email hello@xentris.tech. Residents of other US states with privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut) have similar rights.

8. Data retention

We keep your data while we have a relationship with you and as long as necessary to meet legal obligations. Afterwards we delete or anonymize it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Children

Our services are directed to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the current version on this page with its update date.
