These Terms govern your use of usa.xentris.tech and the purchase of the "AI Copilot for Trading" product from Xentris Tech. By using the site or purchasing, you accept these Terms.

1. What we offer

An educational course on using artificial intelligence in trading, and access to the "Trading Pro GPT" tool, which helps you analyze the markets with AI using third-party market data (Twelve Data). Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Educational only — not investment advice, not a broker

Xentris is an educational and analysis tool only. We are not a broker-dealer, not a Futures Commission Merchant or Retail Foreign Exchange Dealer, not a registered investment adviser, and not a member of the NFA or registered with the CFTC or SEC. We do not provide personalized investment advice, trading signals, or buy/sell recommendations, and we do not solicit, accept, hold or manage any funds or execute any trades on your behalf. We do not promote, recommend or refer any broker or trading platform.

Trading financial markets (Forex, cryptocurrencies, indices, stocks, commodities) involves a high risk of loss and may not be suitable for everyone. Any AI output is an estimate based on data and does not guarantee results. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Consider consulting a licensed financial professional.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are shown in USD. The offer may have limited availability. Payment is processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe); by paying you also accept their terms.

4. Guarantee and refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within that window by emailing hello@xentris.tech, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, copy or redistribute the course or the access to the tool, nor use the service for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content (course, software, brand, materials) is owned by Xentris Tech or its licensors. Third-party trademarks (Meta, TikTok, Google, Twelve Data, OpenAI) belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xentris Tech will not be liable for any investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United States and the state in which Xentris Tech operates. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts.
